What size units do you have available?
We offer a wide variety of sizes to suit your needs – with unit sizes from 20 square feet (4x5) up to 15,000 square feet.

How much space do I need?
The size of space you need will depend on what you are storing.  Here is a quick guide for your reference.  If you are still unsure, you can always CONTACT US for more assistance.

1. 5x5 – Seasonal Belongings, Files, Christmas Decorations, etc…
2. 5x10 – 1 Bedroom Apartment, Furniture, Files, etc…
3. 10x10 or 10X13 - 2 Bedroom Apartment, Small House, Files, etc…
4. 10x13 or 10x15 - 2-3 Bedroom House, Furniture, Outdoor Goods, Files, etc…
5. 10x20 – 3-4 Bedroom House with appliances and personal items.
6. 10x30 – Contractor’s Equipment, Business Inventory and/or houses 2500+ square feet

Do I have to enter into a long-term contract?
No, we have very flexible terms to suit your needs.  You can rent the unit on a month-to-month basis or weekly – whichever suits your needs.
 
What are my payment options?
You can conveniently pay using a major credit, cheque, debit or cash. For added convenience, you can pre-authorize us to automatically charge your credit card to avoid late fees.

Are the units climate controlled?
We have a wide range of units to suit your needs.  Many of our facilities have climate controlled units; cooled in the summer and heated in the winter to protect your items.
 
Are my stored items safe?
Yes, your stored items are safe with us. We have state-of-the-art security systems at all of our facilities. In addition, during business hours, we have on-site managers to control access to the facilities.

Do I have to buy insurance?
While not mandatory, we believe that if your items are worth storing, then they are worth insuring. We have a comprehensive insurance program that has been designed to meet the needs of our customers.

Do I need my own lock?
Yes, you are required to secure your own unit. We sell locks at discounted prices or you can bring your own.

Do you offer any extra services?
Yes, we proudly offer delivery and package acceptance, records management, shipping and receiving services, and have retail stores that sell boxes, tapes, wrap (and anything else you would need for the big move) at each of our facilities.

What if I need more or less space after I have moved in?
In the event that you need to change the size of your storage unit, we can gladly assist you with a transfer to a different size.  Any payment balance remaining on your current unit will also be transferred over at no charge.
