STORAGENOW is Canada’s leading developer and operator of self-storage facilities. In April 2004, STORAGENOW opened its flagship location in Toronto (Leaside), a 175,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility. The success of this location confirmed the demand for high-end self-storage and led STORAGENOW to develop two more facilities in the Greater Toronto Area. STORAGENOW’s facilities in Markham and Toronto (South Etobicoke) opened in April 2006.

While continuing to develop its own facilities, STORAGENOW has selectively acquired other facilities in key markets across Canada to complement its own brand. In January 2006, STORAGEONE, Barrie’s leading self-storage facility, joined STORAGENOW. In March 2006, STORAGENOW acquired the STORAGEMAXX portfolio of seven facilities, creating a truly national company that has quickly become one of Canada’s most trusted names in self-storage.

Andrew Blair is the President and Chief Executive Officer of STORAGENOW. Drawing on a broad range of executive, operating, development and transactional experience, Mr. Blair leads all aspects of STORAGENOW's commitment to establishing an industry leader in Canadian self-storage through an aggressive strategy of both development and acquisitions. Mr. Blair joined STORAGENOW in August 2005. Prior to joining STORAGENOW, Mr. Blair was the Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of a major Canadian public industrial real estate company and, prior to that, held the same position with the U.S.-based retail development and operating subsidiary of Trizec Canada. In addition to his expertise in real estate development and operations, Mr. Blair has extensive experience in financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions drawn from 15 years as a partner in one of Canada's pre-eminent law firms, and as a corporate development executive with the Horsham Corporation.

Sanjil Shah is the Vice President, Operations and Chief Financial Officer of STORAGENOW. Mr. Shah joined STORAGENOW in September 2004 as the first member of its management team. Prior to joining STORAGENOW, Mr. Shah was a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP. Mr. Shah also previously instructed courses at York University, the University of Toronto and for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Mr. Shah is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant (in the State of Illinois).
